Planning and Media Assistant

Want to launch your digital marketing career?

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a keen interest in digital media. The role requires a hands-on attitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills and high numeracy levels are also a must as well as the flexibility to work well on your own as well as within a team.

You will be:

  • Excellent time manager
  • Strongly numerate and have analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Confident, organised, personable, enthusiastic and a great communicator
  • Competent in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Passionate about the new media marketplace and technology
  • Strategic and creative
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Degree in marketing/advertising
  • Knowledge and experience in new media/online advertising

The Planning and Media Assistant’s role will include:

  • Campaign management from planning through to live across all digital media
  • Assisting with preparation for new business and client proposals
  • Collation and preparation of reports on campaign performance
  • Proactively taking an interest in new digital spaces

And if that's not enough, the job will also involve:

  • Attending and adding value to internal briefings alongside the planning/account directors
  • Ensuring the client teams are up to date on campaign information
  • Liaising with media owners
  • Creating and implementing digital media plans
  • Understanding clients' briefs and objectives
  • Understanding and working with digital marketing metrics and producing reports
  • Researching and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research and applying it to client briefs in a creative way.

Front End Flash Animator

As a key member of our friendly and lively studio, you’ll be working alongside our designers to turn concepts, visuals and, critically, ideas into ground-breaking Flash solutions and stunning user experiences.

You’ll have an obsessive passion for Flash animation, creating engaging and tactile interfaces; and you'll also need to have a sharp an eye for design. Equally important is motivation and a strong desire to squeeze the most from both your talents and the Flash platform. But most of all, you’ll want to learn and experiment with the latest innovations.

As an added bonus, you’ll also have a grasp of After Effects and 3D production as well as a working understanding of ActionScript 3 to bring added flair to this role.

Senior Web Application Developer

Are you a strong developer?

We are looking for you to join our development team. You will use your excellent communication skills and extensive technical knowledge to produce best-of-breed websites. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical members of the team will be critical, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of similar projects. This role is NOT suitable for “dark room, headphones on” developers – you need to be commercially aware and not afraid to spend hours at a time away from Visual Studio.

Working with a team of programmers as well as Producers, Information Architects, Business Analysts and Designers, you will play a pivotal role in the success of multiple projects. Your multitasking skills and ability to deal with change effectively will be put to the test daily! You will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects, including quoting and pitching, as well as scoping and specification. Once signed off, you will help to plan the development stage, and will play a key role in the programming of the solution along with your team of developers. You will also assist in the devising and running of test plans, and be involved in tasks associated with deployment and post-deployment.

You will have demonstrable skills in all of the following:

  • Requirements analysis and capture
  • Production of functional and technical specification documents
  • ASP.NET 2.0
  • C# 3.0
  • .NET framework 3.5
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
  • WCF services
  • Web server and web application security.

This is not for the faint-hearted, but if you can meet the challenges then you'll have a bright future here.

Account Director

You'll need sound leadership credentials, a level head and very considerable agency side experience in digital marketing - a spread of FMCG, investment, corporate or brand specific.

You'll be able to balance the workload, inspire your team of account managers and producers (our equivalent of project managers) and have the magic touch when it comes to developing client relationships. Add into the mix a high level of self motivation, strategic and creative thinking (but highly accurate accounting) and still be able to have fun, and you could be what we're looking for to provide those outstanding digital solutions to our clients
