
CrossCountry Trains, part of the ARRIVA Group, needed an online presence to support them as they took over the rail franchise, appointing GraphicoDMG as their lead digital agency.
Already, GraphicoDMG have delivered a powerful website in time for the switchover from old franchise holder to the new and will continue to work with CrossCountry Trains to provide a strongly user-centric online destination for train travellers. The website will promote the breadth of opportunities for travel within the network via a clear, easy, ‘Plan-2-Buy’ mechanism.
Following the rapid development of Phase One of the site, GraphicoDMG continue to work with CrossCountry to strengthen their digital offering. Phase 2 is underway already.
