Initially focusing on the savings area of the site, our work will build on the Society’s award winning application process, improving users’ online experience. The key objectives will be to encourage existing customers to invest more and across a broader range of products, and to attract new customers.
We will start with the information architecture and usability of the area, with the ultimate aim of streamlining the customers’ online journey making it easier and as straight forward as possible to invest with the Yorkshire online.
