Sharp wanted to broaden their marketing strategy.

Brief

They asked GraphicoDMG to produce a new, effective e-commerce site for both their business and consumer product ranges.

Solution

Reflecting the strength and reputation of the brand, its build quality and design, we produced a site that promotes Sharp's marketing strategy of building on their customer relationships and existing channel support. GraphicoDMG undertook the design, architecture and structural elements of a new and highly interactive website for Sharp Electronics (UK) working with them over a twelve month period. An interactive virtual service agent offers consumers the opportunity to ask - and have answered - any product related questions and learns intuitively from them to build an ever-evolving knowledge bank.

Results

This technology reduces call-centre waiting times and, in trials, has proved an invaluable tool in improving their customer service offerings.
